BPP acquires Jism 2

Malini Nanku plays a sexy seductress in Jism 2
After the phenomenal success of Raaz-3, BPP is excited to announce that we have acquired the Trollywood film Jism-2 from StarZ. The spokesman for StarZ confirmed "it is true that we have sold Jism 2 to BPP but it is in return for Jab Tak Hai Jaan, as we felt it would be a more profitable film for us. Jab Tak Hai Jaan will star Rehan Khan, Amrita Chopra and Deepika Parajuli in lead roles."

BPP also confirmed that "Jism 2 was generating tremendous curiosity, as  the audience is excited to see Saagar and Malini together in an erotic thriller after Raaz-3's success. To add to the experience, we are roping in the super hit combination of Summer Pandey and Malini Nanku to make this an unforgettable experience for our fans. While the casting has been finalized, we are still in the process of finalizing the director."

Raaz-3 Review

On the heels of Raaz-3’s release, we are proud to present renowned film critic Shonali Kapoor’s review. Please be advised that Shonali is not affiliated with BPP®, T-Fare®, Kanti Raj Films, GayfareOnline or it’s subsidiaries in any way. Her opinions are completely personal and do not reflect those of BPP®, T-Fare®, Kanti Raj Films or GayfareOnline. Comments have been disabled for this post.

Kanti Raaj Films like Race and Dostana have proved to be flourishing propositions for BPP and Mr. Bhansali. As a matter of fact, Kanti Raaj Films has made the biggest blockbusters not just in BPP history but the entire Trollywood’s history. After mammoth blockbusters like Race and Dostana, expectations for Kanti Raaj Film’s Raaz-3 were already sky high. Add to that the phenomenal marketing campaign of 3 ‘raazs’ or secrets revealed over the last 3 weeks and you have a colossal film being looked forward to like a major event! So does the film live up to expectations? The answer this time is a resounding YES!

A lot many celebrities become prisoners of fame and eminence, after attaining recognition. The adulation and the frenzy they incite in a public space is enough to award them with a superior feeling. Sadly, when you attain the much desired celebrity status, you also fear losing it all. It's well known that a vicious rivalry exists among Trollywood actresses and their loneliness can make them resort to anything spiteful. Crossing limits is one thing. But practicing black magic and spells is blasphemous. Quite a few names from the era gone by have allegedly indulged in it including Deepika, Amrita, Shravan, Monisha, Malati, Natasha, Richa and Shinata . That precisely is the theme of RAAZ 3.

Saagar Malhotra has not been seen for a while and when we have seen him, he has played characters that are completely opposite his real age, looks and personality. In Raaz-3, the actor get his first shot of playing himself – a middle aged handsome man who loves his wife dearly but is lured by another woman. Much has been written about Saagar’s hunky and buffed up look. While I do agree that he has lost a lot of weight, it appears that he still has a way to go before he’s in great shape. While he is hiding his body behind layers of clothing and behind his wife, I got the feeling that he is still a bit overweight. He no longer has the youthful energy in his face as it has grown a lot bigger. It’s unclear if this is the look that Kanti Raj wanted for the film or if this is how he really looks right now but the look works for a middle age husband. His overall look is very charming and he makes a very romantic and attractive couple with his wife. Malini Nanku has done extensive preparation and even gained weight for this film. All her efforts have paid dividends since she suits her character to the T! Kudos to Raj for casting her in the wife’s role as her jodi with Saagar is picture perfect. For those of you who thought her days were numbered, think again! Malini stands shoulder to shoulder with her biggest new competitor Deepika and is a major force to reckon with. If anyone understands how to stay on top of Trollywood, it’s Malini. Both the new and ageing girls need to learn from her on experimenting with different roles as she has transformed from a sexy seductress in Dostana to a cancer patient in We R Family and now to an insecure and vulnerable housewife in Raaz-3. She emotes with complete conviction and is sure to win all the awards for Raaz-3.

Raaj is to be commended once again for taking a fairly new comer to play the female centric role of Shanaya. Deepika had the enormous responsibility of not just carrying this female centric film on her shoulders but also to look convincing while pitted against veterans like Malini and Natasha. While she does manage to carry the film on her shoulders and plays the part of an evil diva with complete conviction, one gets the feeling that her character was over shadowed by her contemporaries. It could be because her part was portrayed in black and white or because there was more focus on her body than her face. But clearly, this being her second film she has a long way to go before she catches up with her competition.

Item numbers can make or break a film and Natasha’s “chikni chameli” act is no exception. When news of her item number was announced, many skeptics criticized Raj’s casting and some even went on to laugh at Natasha saying she would never be able to do a sexy item number. All these critics and haters will have to eat their words after Raaz-3 releases. Natasha Rai is a complete revelation. She provides a much needed break from the overall dark film with a sexy and sensuous item number that is sure to keep the masses and censors talking for a long time. Natasha steals the show from right under Deepika’s nose with this comeback in a sultry new “chikni chameli” image. It’s very clear that Natasha is finally taking her career seriously and mark my words – this film will put her right back on the top. In an item number with both the veteran Malini and youngster Deepika by her side, Natasha proves that she can steal the show!

The one constructive feedback I have for Raaj is that the makeup of Raaz-3 feels more Hollywood than anything else. Some might see this as a compliment but this is actually a criticism. Why? Because Saagar, Malini and Deepika are all of South Asian descent but their makeup makes them look Caucasian.  I felt this to be disingenuous in an industry that serves South Asian LGBT. I have seen all 3 of these actors in person or pictures and can definitely say that the film makes them look very different from what they really are.

Finally, I give this film 2 big thumbs up for creativity, styling, acting and the unforgettable item number. Watch Raaz-3 for Raaj’s terrific direction, Malini’s superior acting and Natasha’s fantastic comeback number.

Saagar, Malini & Deepika's Raaz-3

A day before the release of Kanti RAAJ Shah’s RAAZ-3, we present the third and final raaz. Kanti RAAJ Shah is proud to present the first TRUE STORY with real life characters in RAAZ-3, the true story of Saagar Malhotra, Malini Nanku and Deepika Parajuli with Natasha Rai in a special appearance performing the iconic Chikni Cameli.
            Kanti RAAJ Shah Presents
         RAAZ-3
          the TRUE STORY of
Saagar Malhotra / Malini Nanku / Deepika Parajuli
                             Special thanks to: Natasha Rai
Saagar Malhotra: I am a private man and do not believe in speaking in detail about my private life. However, Raaz-3 will provide my fans and critics the one time opportunity to see a small portion of my private life. I want to be very clear that this is the true story of a part of my life but not necessarily my life today. Clearly, Raaz-3 rests on Deepika’s shoulders and I realize that I am just playing the object of her affection. For the role, I had to provide a happy contrast as I am caught between an insecure wife and a manipulative ‘other woman.’ This will be the first time I play a happy character that reveals my real self because in the past I have played characters that are not really me including a 70 year old man in KANK! I hope my fans will appreciate my happy and buffed up look for which I spent many hours in the gym. Finally, I want to thank Raaj for approaching me with this amazing film and congratulate him on his brilliant marketing strategy.

Deepika Parajuli: I was overjoyed when Raaz-3 came to me but was a bit hesitant when Raaj mentioned the marketing ideas. I didn’t know how people would react to news of my dark past. I am so happy that people have appreciated my honesty when I revealed my true past story. From the beginning Raaj was clear that for this role he wanted more “posture” than face. He wanted me to portray a certain evil tantric position and I hope I have done justice to the role. My role is very  different from We R Family and I sure hope to be appreciated for it.

Malini Nanku: When Raaj came to me for Raaz 3, I have chose to play Sanjana's character because it's really me and still something that I never played earlier. Raaj explained that I am playing the wife of a very happy man who is being persued and spelled by another woman. So I knew I had to convey the emotion of insecurity in this role while being with a confident and happy husband. I gained 15 pounds for this wife’s role because I wanted people to believe I am a housewife. After 2 blockbusters in a row Race and Dostana, I hope this will be a bonanza blockbuster for my association with Kanti Raj Films and BPP. I also want to wish a very happy Dashera and happy Durga Puja to all my fans and may mata rani always bless you and keep you away from evils out there.

Raaz-2

Deepika Parajuli who plays the lead role of Shanaya in

 Kanti RAAJ Shah's
"Raaz-3"

 Releasing Oct 25

has admitted that in the past she has used the power of black magic to get her man.

When we heard of this news from various sources, we were shocked and approached Deepika who provided our Raaz #2. "Yes, it's true that in the past I have used black magic to speed up my man's desire in me. Cases of all the top actresses from Trollywood to Bollywood using spells are well known. Yet, this subject remains taboo in our society. I am coming clean about this because of two reasons. First, it's in the past which means I will never resort to it again and second because I hope my fans will respect me for my honesty."

We certainly appreciate Deepika's honesty but wondered why she had to use evil spells to get her man's attention - especially considering how beautiful she is. She explained, "love itself is a spell and when we fall madly in love, we do not realize what we are doing. I was madly in love but this man was already married so I had to do what I felt was crucial to getting him and so I took the advice of a renowned psychic and spelled him. I know now that it was wrong. I have definitely learned a lot from the experience" Did it work? We wondered. "Well, yes and no. It worked for as long as I used the spell but it faded away once I stopped using it. I know of many top Trollywood actresses who have used spells for years to keep their men but this just is not who I am. We all make mistakes but the important thing is to learn from them and that is why I stopped before it destroyed lives!" So how is this relevant to the release of Raaz-3? "Well, for that you have to wait till October 25 when we announce and release Raaz-3"

RELEASE DATES

Reliable sources have informed T-fare that Marvinder Johar's debut film "Lajja" starring Malini Nanku, Natasha Arora, Monisha Basnet and others has been shelved. When asked to comment, Johar mentioned that "Lajja is the biggest multi starrer in the history of Trollywood. We knew right from the beginning that bringing such a big cast together to the screen was a big challenge. I did my best but it seems even the best was not good enough as I hear that BPP has decided to shelve the project."

We asked BPP chairman AL Bhansali to confirm news of Lajja being shelved and he said that "anytime BPP produces a film, it must be par excellence because our reputation is riding on it. Marvinder made a decent film but after seeing the first print, I made a business decision to shelve it. I would rather loose money than disappoint our fans. Marvinder will continue to assist me in my next magnum opus 'Talaash' releasing on December 7."
So there you have it. Lajja is officially shelved. Here are the tentative release dates of Trollywood films:

Oct 25: Raaz-3 staring Saagar Malhotra, Malini Nanku & Deepika Parajuli with Natasha Rai in a special appearance
Dec 7: DARR - A Psycho Love Story starring Summer Pandey, Natasha Rai & Farhaaz Khan with Amrita Chopra in a special appearance
Dec 25: JISM - An Erotic Thriller - starring Saagar Malhotra, Malini Nanku & Summer Pandey
March 7: Talaash starring Saagar Malhotra, Malini Nanku & Deepika Parajuli

Raaz-1

BPP is proud to announce the completion of our magnum opus:

 Kanti RAAJ Shah's
"Raaz-3"

We are launching a massive marketing campaign for the biggest film produced in record time from start to finish. We will announce 1 Raaz each week leading up to the release of the film in just a couple of weeks!!

This week's RAAZ: The film stars Malini Nanku and Deepika Parajuli. So what's the RAAZ? Well, contrary to all rumors and speculation, we reveal to you right here today that Deepika Parajuli will play the lead and author backed role of Shanaya, not Malini Nanku.

Deepika was overjoyed when we contacted her and revealed that "the highpoint of my career so far was being congratulated by Mr. Bhansali for my work in We R Family. Even though the film didn't do well, I felt that my talent was being recognized by such a big banner. BPP invited me to screen test for their ambitious project DARR last year in June. Even though I lost the role to Natasha Rai, Mr Bhansali promised me that he would cast me when the right role comes up. Last week I couldn't believe it when Mr. Bhansali kept his promise by casting me in Raaz 3, that too for the lead role of Shanaya. I have heard rumors that Natasha Rai had rejected the role but I could care less. Even Sridevi had made the biggest mistake by rejecting Beta and look what it did to Madhuri's career! I am not saying I'm going to be the next Madhuri but I definitely think her loss is my gain. This is a brilliant opportunity to showcase my talent in a big budget commercial film with a director who has given 2 of the biggest hits in Trollywood history!"

We contacted the numero uno actress Malini Nanku to see why she had accepted Sanjana's character over an author backed role like Shanaya's. "Unlike my rival, I have always focused on playing many types of different roles in my career. If I did the same thing over and over again, my audience will get tired of me and say ki kya yeh Malini hamesha wohi bakwas karti hai. When Raaj came to me for Raaz 3, I have chose to play Sanjana's character because it's something I had never played before. I have played many strong characters like Shanaya but never a loving and humble girl like Shanaya. This is a role very dear to my heart and I feel like it's more challenging for me. With Mata Rani's blessings I will prove myself in few days"

So there you have it. BPP has cast Deepika Parajuli for Shanaya's role and Malini Nanku for Sanjana's role in Raaz-3.  To find out the second Raaz, tune in next week!
